Job Description:

Recruitment
Responsible for payroll processing
Performance Management
Employee Grievance
Employee Welfare
Statutory Compliance
Wages and Salaries
Induction, Training and Development
Formulate Policies and Engagement activities

Eligibility:

Should be a post graduate
Should have 4+ years experience in relevant field
Excellent communication in English and Tamil is must
Hindi is preferred
Should have knowledge in computer proficiency
